Role Description- The SeniorProgram Advisor role at Strate School of Design is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment, by providing accurate information on programs, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes. The Senior Admissions Counselor will conduct counseling sessions (in-person, phone, and online), follow up with leads, and support applicants with documentation, application forms, and interview scheduling. The position includes participating in education fairs, campus events, and outreach activities, as well as collaborating with marketing and academic teams to optimize lead quality and conversion. The SeniorProgram Advisor will also maintain detailed records in CRM systems, prepare periodic reports on admissions performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of the admissions process.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse prospective students and stakeholders.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to provide a supportive and responsive admissions experience.
- Sales and conversion skills, including lead nurturing, objection handling, and closing enrollments in an ethical and transparent manner.
- Background or experience in education, counseling, or academic advising, preferably in higher education or management programs.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a postgraduate degree in management, education, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience of 2+ years in admissions, student recruitment, education sales, or a similar role, preferably at a business school or higher education institution.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and meet admission targets while maintaining a learner-centric approach.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
