Role Profile
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to join our Corporate Services team. This role focuses on driving business growth by promoting UAE company formation solutions to clients across Mumbai and the surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Identify and generate qualified leads in Mumbai and nearby regions
- Build strong networks with entrepreneurs, SMEs, consultants, and startup communities
- Conduct field visits, attend networking events, and drive relationship-building initiatives
- Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline
2. Sales & Conversion
- Present UAE company formation solutions to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable license structures
- Coordinate with the Dubai operations team for proposals and quotations
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets
3. Client Advisory & Coordination
- Guide clients through documentation and onboarding processes
- Act as a liaison between clients and the Dubai operations team
- Ensure seamless handover post deal closure
4. Market Development
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities
- Build and strengthen referral channels
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably B2B, corporate services, financial services, immigration, or consulting)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of UAE business setup
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
