Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience in the recruitment and staffing industry, a strong understanding of corporate hiring, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for permanent and contract staffing services.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and recruitment contracts.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Classic Solutions at networking events, business meetings, and industry conferences when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and staffing services.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or HR is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Existing network of HR professionals, hiring managers, or corporate decision-makers is an added advantage.
- Experience selling recruitment, staffing, RPO, or HR consulting services.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
