Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage gym floor operations
Lead and motivate staff & trainers
Assist members with equipment and safety
Handle customer queries and complaints
Maintain schedules, cleanliness, and inventory
Train and support staff members Requirements
2–5 years experience in Fitness Industry
Certified trainer (K11, NASM, NFNA, ACE, etc.)
Presentable & well-groomed
Excellent communication & management skills
Knowledge of gym equipment & fitness trends
Leadership & customer handling skills
Strong organizational & problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹15,186.12 - ₹25,347.37 per month
Work Location: In person
