Job Summary:
We are hiring a Talent Supply Chain Consultant (TSCC) to manage contingent workforce operations within an MSP/VMS framework. You will oversee supplier performance, client communication, and overall SLA/KPI compliance during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end contingent staffing workflows using VMS tools.
- Serve as a central point of contact between clients, internal teams, and staffing suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and enforce strict SLA/KPI compliance.
- Handle requisition management, candidate submission reviews, and onboarding workflows.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in MSP/VMS contingent workforce programs.
- Demonstrated success managing supplier relationships and operational SLAs.
- Strong problem-solving, operational, and client-coordination skills.
- Must be comfortable working full night shifts (US Business Hours).
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
