Job Description
Boffin Web Technology is looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Associates / Sales Associates to help us expand our client network and generate new business opportunities for our IT and digital solutions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, introducing relevant services, and coordinating with our team towards successful project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients.
- Generate leads through professional calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other suitable channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant IT solutions.
- Promote services such as website development, eCommerce, software, mobile apps, digital marketing and SEO.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, proposals and technical discussions.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Work towards successful project closures and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with potential clients.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in sales or business development will be an advantage.
Compensation
Performance-based commission on successfully closed projects.
Commission will be applicable as per the company’s predefined commission structure and applicable project/payment terms.
This is a commission-based Business Associate opportunity and does not include a fixed monthly salary.
