Job Summary
MAICAT Healthcare is hiring a dynamic and target-driven BBA Sales Executive to generate patient leads, convert inquiries into consultations, and contribute to the company's monthly and quarterly revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on patient leads.
- Convert inquiries into consultations and admissions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build relationships with patients, doctors, and referral partners.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions.
- Deliver exceptional patient experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- BBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (Healthcare experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,00,000 per month (based on revenue and target achievement)
