About the opportunity
SANTI ARTS owns a large static hoarding inventory of 400+ hoardings installed at HPCL fuel stations across Andhra Pradesh — high-visibility, high-footfall outdoor advertising sites ideal for brands, retailers, and local businesses. We are expanding our client base across Telangana, Karnataka, and Chennai and are looking for an experienced OOH sales professional to lead this growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for static hoarding advertising space across our 400+ HPCL fuel station Hoarding sites in Andhra Pradesh
Build and maintain a strong client/advertiser database across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Chennai
Identify and pitch to brands, advertising agencies, and local businesses for outdoor ad placements
Prepare proposals and rate quotations; negotiate and close deals
Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat and long-term bookings
Track hoarding occupancy and availability; coordinate with operations for site allocation
Represent the company at industry events, media-planning meets, and client meetings
Prepare sales report, targets achieved, and market intelligence to management
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in OOH/outdoor advertising sales (mandatory — same-industry experience only)
Existing, active client database/network within Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and/or Chennai
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
