Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise high-rise building construction projects.
- Execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and project progress.
- Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and site resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works.
- Excellent project execution, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experience handling complete project execution from foundation to handover.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
