- Lead end-to-end infrastructure and system migration projects
- Support migration of ETL, middleware, databases, and backend platforms
- Automate deployment and configuration processes
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security
- Work closely with DevOps, development, and architecture teams
- Identify modernization and cost optimization opportunities
- Manage risk assessment, testing, and rollback planning
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills
- Python and Bash/Shell scripting
- Terraform and Ansible experience
- Database migration and replication knowledge
- Middleware and application server experience
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, load balancing)
- CI/CD and automation pipeline experience
- Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
