Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for clients, channel partners, visitors, and candidates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, channel partners, visitors, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
- Attend incoming calls, transfer calls to the concerned departments, and record inquiries accurately.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry and exit procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Pre-Sales, and CRM teams for client visits and appointments.
- Schedule and manage meeting room bookings for clients and internal meetings.
- Maintain records of walk-in leads and ensure timely sharing of lead details with the concerned team.
- Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents.
- Assist HR and Administration teams with interview coordination and employee support activities.
- Ensure proper hospitality arrangements for clients and visitors.
- Handle general inquiries regarding projects and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively at all times.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or Administration.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
