Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HRMIS
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling
- Manage and lead the HR team, providing guidance and support
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training, development sessions, and exit formalities
Experience: 1–5 Years , package range : 2.5 to 3.5 LPA
Office Timing : 10am to 7pm
Qualification: BBA / Bcom ( MBA in HR )
Skills: Good communication, MS Excel, HR operations knowledge
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
