Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure smooth assembly operations with optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
- Implement and monitor quality control systems to minimize defects, rework, and warranty claims.
- Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives across the plant.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Lead, train, and motivate production supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor personnel.
- Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs including production output, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost per unit.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, environmental, and factory regulations.
- Manage incoming material quality and coordinate with suppliers on corrective actions for quality issues.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action programs for production and quality concerns.
- Support new product introductions, process improvements, and capacity expansion projects.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
