Corporate Chef – Central Kitchen & Culinary Operations
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef with a strong Continental cuisine background to lead our Central Kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production across multiple outlets, driving menu innovation through R&D and food trials, ensuring operational excellence, and building high-performing kitchen teams while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day Central Kitchen operations.
- Oversee food production and supply for multiple outlets.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control across all locations.
- Develop new products, recipes, and menu offerings through regular R&D and food trials.
- Standardize recipes, production processes, and kitchen SOPs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Monitor food costing, inventory, procurement, and wastage control.
- Collaborate with Operations and Management teams for menu launches and process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI regulations.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Successful execution of new product launches and menu innovations.
- Effective management of food cost and reduction of wastage.
- High compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Timely production and dispatch from the Central Kitchen.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Continental cuisine with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Central Kitchen and Cloud Kitchen operations.
- Expertise in recipe development, food trials, and menu engineering.
- Experience in food costing, inventory management, and procurement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in implementing SOPs and quality control systems.
