- Take accurate body measurements and understand customer fitting requirements.
- Prepare fabric layouts and perform precise cutting with minimum wastage.
- Read and understand garment designs, sketches, and reference samples.
- Develop and modify patterns as per design requirements.
- Supervise tailors and ensure timely completion of garments.
- Conduct trial fittings and make necessary alterations.
- Maintain high-quality stitching, finishing, and workmanship standards.
- Plan daily production schedules and monitor delivery timelines.
- Inspect finished garments before final delivery.
- Ensure proper utilization of fabrics, trims, and production materials.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
