Overall monitoring and control of Fabrication area
Receive Daily / Weekly / Monthly plan from PPC
Responsible to collect raw material and all consumable items from stores
Feeding of components to fabricators based on the daily / weekly schedule
Adhere the daily plan 100% and maintain the identification tag for all finished materials
Production order closing in AX then and there without any deviation
Move the components to next process with quality and self inspection report
SMD Vendor - job registration and regular follow up for on time completion
Daily monitoring of Gas cylinder stock and should maintain for min stock level
Analyze rework and rejections and take appropriate CAPA on weekly basis and report to mgm
Development of Tools , Jigs and Fixtures for product ionizing
Documentation Control - ISO

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
