Position: CNC Line Quality Inspector
Location: LGB Forge Ltd., Kovilpalayam, Coimbatore
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with Diploma in Mechanical can also apply)
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. Mechanical
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process inspection of CNC machined components.
- Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality specifications.
- Ensure products meet customer quality standards and process requirements.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documents.
- Identify defects and immediately inform the Line In-charge or Quality Engineer.
- Monitor first-off, patrol, and final inspections during production.
- Support corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to achieve zero-defect production.
Pay: ₹15,600.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
