Experience Required: 5+ years
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and execute site-level construction activities, with a strong focus on earthwork and road/pavement layering. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical survey skills with proven site management ability to deliver quality work on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute earthwork operations, including excavation, filling, grading, and compaction.
- Manage the laying and quality control of GSB (Granular Sub-Base), WMM (Wet Mix Macadam), and concrete layers in line with project specifications.
- Operate and take measurements using a Total Station and Auto Level for setting out, leveling, and survey work.
- Coordinate site teams, labor, and equipment to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor work to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate site records, measurements, and progress reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's diploma/degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on site execution experience.
- Proficient in operating a Total Station and Auto Level.
- Strong working knowledge of earthwork, GSB, WMM, and concrete layering processes.
- Demonstrated site and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Pay: ₹10,758.84 - ₹45,981.68 per month
