- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
- Perform sorting, scanning, picking, packing, and dispatch of shipments.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain stock records.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
- Handle loading and unloading of shipments efficiently.
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) for data accuracy.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Report operational issues to the Team Leader and support continuous process improvement.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment.
- Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
