Job Description
Draconis Academy is seeking passionate and dedicated Online Kannada Tutors to teach students across different age groups and academic levels through live one-on-one online classes. The tutor should be able to deliver engaging lessons tailored to each student's learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online Kannada classes.
- Teach reading, writing, speaking, and grammar.
- Prepare lesson plans based on the student's level and curriculum.
- Help students improve vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Assign and review homework and worksheets.
- Conduct periodic assessments and provide progress reports.
- Maintain class attendance and lesson records.
- Encourage an interactive and student-friendly learning environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Kannada or any relevant discipline (preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written Kannada.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online teaching platforms.
Skills Required
- Strong command of the Kannada language.
- Ability to teach students from beginner to advanced levels.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and internet proficiency.
