Job Summary
Safar On Holidays is looking for a Domestic Flight Reservation Executive to manage flight bookings across India. The ideal candidate should have experience in domestic ticketing, fare calculations, airline policies, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic flight reservations and ticket bookings.
- Process ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and modifications.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with airlines for booking confirmations and updates.
- Assist customers through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain booking records and customer information.
- Stay updated with domestic airline policies, schedules, and promotional fares.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Achieve booking targets while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in domestic flight reservations is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
