Job Summary
The Primary Hindi Teacher plans and delivers engaging Hindi lessons that help young learners develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. The teacher creates a positive classroom environment, assesses student progress, and supports students' overall academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Learning
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate Hindi lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and conversation skills.
- Use creative teaching methods, activities, stories, songs, and educational games to enhance learning.
- Encourage students to communicate effectively in Hindi.
Classroom Management
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies.
- Foster student participation and engagement.
Assessment and Evaluation
- Assess student learning through tests, assignments, projects, and classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Student Development
- Identify students requiring additional support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Encourage confidence, creativity, and language development.
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Complete required reports and documentation on time.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
