Position: Electrical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop PLC Panels as per project and client requirements.
Prepare Panel GA, Layout and Wiring Drawings.
Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) based on approved electrical drawings and project requirements.
Select appropriate electrical components such as MCB, MCCB, Contactor, Relay, SMPS, VFD, PLC, HMI, terminals, cables, etc.
Review project specifications and understand client electrical requirements.
Coordinate with clients through email and technical discussions regarding drawings, BOM, revisions and design clarifications.
Prepare drawings and documents as per client standards/specifications.
Incorporate client comments and make necessary drawing revisions.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Project Engineering teams for smooth project execution.
Provide technical support during panel manufacturing, testing and commissioning.
Ensure electrical drawings and BOM are accurate and synchronized with the final panel design.
Maintain proper documentation of project drawings, revisions and electrical documents.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of PLC Panel Design.
Strong knowledge of Excel, word, power point
Hands-on experience in preparing electrical drawings.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical.
Strong knowledge of electrical components and their selection.
Experience in BOM preparation and component costing/support.
Knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, relays and industrial control systems.
Good understanding of industrial automation projects.
Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into electrical designs.
Good email communication and client coordination skills.
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical / Electronics
Experience
4–7 Years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation / PLC Panel / Electrical Design projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
