We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Educational Sales team and help expand our presence across educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and connect with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
· Promote Makebot’s STEM, Robotics, AI, and Coding programs to prospective clients.
· Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and counseling sessions for school management, teachers, students, and parents.
· Generate leads through calls, networking, references, and field visits.
· Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments or institutional tie-ups.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of programs.
· Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and follow-up reports using CRM tools.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Stay updated with trends in EdTech, STEM learning, and educational technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
· Passion for sales, education, and technology-driven learning.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.
· Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Prior experience in EdTech, educational counseling, inside sales, or institutional sales is an added advantage.
· Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
· Ability to build rapport with educational institutions and stakeholders.
· Energetic personality with a positive and professional attitude.
