Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Corporate & Institutional Sales Business vertical, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market share
Key Deliverables
1.Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the corporate and institutional sectors.
2. Sales Management
- Manage the Corporate & Institutional Sales team to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Product Promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns targeting corporate and institutional clients.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events to showcase products and build brand awareness.
4. Client Relationship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts with clients
5. Budget Management
- Develop and manage the sales budget for the Corporate & Institutional Sales Business vertical.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and cost effectiveness

- Proven experience in corporate sales or institutional sales, preferably in the consumer appliances or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the corporate and institutional sector
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a high performing sales team
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT) and CRM software
Key Points
- Education: Any graduate with 2 to 5 years of proven experience in the Corporate or Institutional business
- Industry: Candidates from the Consumer Durable, Consumer Electronics, Gifting and other lifestyle product industry are preferred
