Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Digital Marketing to drive lead generation, strengthen online brand presence, and support business growth through effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in Meta & google ads both & have managed minimum 5 to 10 Lakh + spend on ads budget, which is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for lead generation across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets while monitoring campaign ROI and performance metrics.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, SEO activities, and digital content.
- Strengthen the companys presence across social media platforms through strategic content planning and audience engagement.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing processes, and CRM coordination with the sales team.
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare MIS reports and present insights on key metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversions, and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Import Export industry.
- Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
