Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled QA / Test Automation Engineer to ensure high-quality software delivery through both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation frameworks, API testing, and modern QA tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Conduct API testing and validate backend services
- Perform load and performance testing
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality delivery
- Maintain and improve test automation frameworks
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills
- Experience with automation tools:
- Playwright (preferred)
- Selenium
- Cypress
- Programming in JavaScript / TypeScript OR Python
- API testing using Postman
- Performance testing using k6 or Apache JMeter
- Bug tracking using Jira
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in regression and end-to-end testing
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience in real projects or internships
- Mobile app testing experience (Appium is a plus)
- Exposure to React Native applications
