Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for our Trivandrum branch to support branch operations, business development, collections, customer relationship management, and team handling across all financial products of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations and administration.
- Drive business growth for all NBFC products including Gold Loan, Personal Loan, Vehicle Loan, Business Loan, Consumer Loan, LAP, and other retail financial products.
- Achieve branch business targets, portfolio growth, and profitability objectives.
- Monitor sales, collections, recovery, and customer service activities.
- Handle team management, productivity monitoring, and field coordination.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and operational SOPs.
- Manage customer acquisition and relationship development.
- Monitor delinquency, overdue collections, and risk control measures.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Audit, and Compliance teams.
- Prepare branch MIS reports and business performance updates.

Qualification:

- Additional finance/banking certifications will be an advantage
Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Gold Loan, Microfinance, or Financial Services industry
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in branch handling or team management preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with local market knowledge of Trivandrum preferred
- Experience in handling multiple financial products is an added advantage
- Ability to manage sales, operations, and collections simultaneously
