About the Role
Ovenfresh is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to expand our Corporate Catering, Corporate Gifting, Bakery Products, Cakes, Festive Hampers, and Bulk Order business across Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should have 4–8 years of Corporate/B2B Sales experience with a strong background in the Food Industry and/or FMCG sector, along with excellent relationship-building and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Corporate Catering, Corporate Gifting, Bakery Products, Cakes, Festive Hampers, and Bulk Orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Purchase, and Facilities departments across corporate organizations.
- Conduct regular client visits to generate repeat business and identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients, present products and services, and convert leads into long-term business accounts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to quotation submission and order closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of orders.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity and sales reports.
Requirements
- 04–08 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Catering Sales, Food Industry Sales, Bakery Sales, Hospitality Sales, FMCG Sales, or Corporate Gifting.
- Mandatory experience in the Food Industry and/or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent networking and business development skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai for client meetings and business development activities.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month
