This career opportunity is within our EB & NON EB practice under Sales. This is an exciting, growth-enabling position that will support the domain leadership team deliver growth and scale. The role holder is expected to be an established producer of broking business with leadership capability of mentoring a sales team. The role holder will be a key partner in driving the business strategy and work with various leaders across the insurance business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquiring clients, Lead Generation, sales generation and Prospecting, Client Needs Assessment, Sales Presentations,
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their insurance needs.
3. Insurance Solutions: Offer tailored insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and other commercial insurance products.
4. Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
5. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential insurance gaps and provide recommendations to clients.
6. Policy Management: Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring seamless service to clients.
7. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting corporate insurance clients.
