Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Hair Transplant Assistant to support the surgeon during hair transplant procedures. The candidate will assist in surgical preparation, graft handling, patient care, dressings, and post-operative follow-ups. Prior experience in hair transplant or cosmetic procedures will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the surgeon during hair transplant procedures (FUE)
Preparation of OT and maintaining sterility protocols
Slit making assistance and graft placement support (if trained)
Graft extraction assistance (under supervision)
Counting, sorting, and preserving grafts
Dressing and post-procedure bandaging
Monitoring patient vitals during procedure
Providing post-operative instructions to patients
Managing PRP, Exosomes, Meso procedures (if trained)
Maintaining patient records and treatment documentation
Ensuring hygiene and infection control standards
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of hair transplant procedures
OT assistance experience preferred
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Understanding of sterilization protocols
Good communication skills
Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally
Qualification:
GNM / ANM / BSc Nursing / OT Technician / Relevant Paramedical Course
Experience in hair transplant or cosmetic clinic preferred (1–3 years)
