The Junior HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR department. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with attendance and leave management, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and coordinating day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
- Assist in daily attendance, leave, and overtime data entry.
- Support the preparation of monthly payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction activities.
- Prepare HR letters, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and experience certificates.
- Maintain employee databases and update HRMS records.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Track probation periods and support the issuance of confirmation letters.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, and HR policies.
- Support statutory compliance activities by maintaining required registers and records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Perform general HR administrative tasks and any other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with HRMS or attendance management software is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
