Job Role
- Guide students regarding courses and admission process
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Share course details, fee structure, and class information
- Assist students with admission form filling and document collection
- Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain student records and update CRM/Excel sheets
- Provide support to students and parents during the admission process
- Follow up with interested students for admission updates
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Ability to manage student queries professionally
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
