Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Linux Trainer with expertise in Networking and RHCE. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are enthusiastic about teaching and helping learners achieve certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions on Networking, and RHCE and related Topics for various skill levels.
- Content Creation: Develop and update training materials to align with industry standards.
- Hands-on Labs: Manage practical labs to provide real-world experience in networking and system administration.
- Assessment: Administer tests and provide feedback to track trainee progress.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in networking, and Red Hat Linux and other opensource tools.
- Mentorship: Support and guide trainees in their learning and career development.
- Collaboration: Work with other trainers to improve and expand training programs.
Requirements:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, RHCSA,RHCE are a plus.
Experience : Open to freshers with foundational knowledge; experienced candidates should have relevant training or IT experience.
Skills : Strong understanding of networking, and Red Hat Linux; excellent communication, teaching ability, and problem-solving skills.
