Our showroom is a one-stop destination for homeowners, architects, contractors, and builders who demand quality, variety, and expert guidance.
As a member of our showroom staff, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll guide visitors through our extensive product displays, offer expert advice, and help them make informed decisions for their construction and renovation needs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide product information across categories like paints, sanitaryware, fittings, cement, and steel
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
- Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for smooth transactions
- Stay updated on product features, trends, and promotions
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in retail, hardware, or building materials preferred
- Basic computer literacy (billing software, inventory systems)
- Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly
- A customer-first attitude and a team-oriented mindset
