Position: Patient Counselor

Job Summary:Essential Functions/Job Duties:
· Collaborate with sales professionals to achieve 100% customer satisfaction for assigned accounts
· Maintain the CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information for assigned accounts
Job Description
· Follow up with clients and systematically convert leads into sales.
· Counsel and co-ordinate patient care.
· Follow up and co-ordinate the treatment plan for patients.
· Maintain patient follow-up sheets.
· Handling calls and emails, including online inquiries.
· Perform all office co-ordination-related tasks.
· Register patients and explain the location and available facilities to help them choose the appropriate treatment centre.
· Inform patients about the modern IVF treatment methods and associated costs.
Key Skills
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IVF Centre or office co-ordination.
· Basic computers proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet surfing).
· Excellent communication skills and convincing power.
· Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
