The HR & Marketing Coordinator will play a dual role in candidate recruitment and outreach activities. The position involves attracting prospective students, coordinating admissions, managing candidate engagement, supporting placement activities, and executing marketing initiatives to build awareness about The BigBrother Program.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, relationship management abilities, and a passion for helping students build successful careers in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & Recruitment Coordination
* Source and identify potential candidates for aviation training and placement programs.
* Conduct candidate screening, telephonic interviews, and eligibility assessments.
* Coordinate admissions, registrations, documentation, and onboarding processes.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
* Counsel students regarding aviation career opportunities and program benefits.
* Coordinate with training partners and placement teams for candidate deployment.
* Track candidate progress from enrollment through training and final placement.
* Assist in organizing recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus engagement activities.
* Maintain regular communication with candidates and parents.
Marketing & Business Development Coordination
* Support execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate student outreach activities through colleges, universities, and training institutes.
* Develop relationships with educational institutions for student mobilization.
* Manage social media inquiries and lead generation activities.
* Assist in conducting webinars, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
* Coordinate branding and promotional activities across assigned regions.
* Generate and maintain lead databases.
* Track marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
Placement & Industry Coordination
* Coordinate with aviation employers, airport service providers, cargo companies, and recruitment partners.
* Support interview scheduling and placement drives.
* Ensure timely communication between employers and candidates.
* Assist in maintaining placement records and deployment reports.
Required Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Good presentation and counselling skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and meet targets.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms is preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
