We are looking for a dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide round-the-clock medical support, monitor patient care, assist consultants, and ensure smooth clinical operations.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage admitted patients during duty hours
- Monitor patient condition and provide timely medical intervention
- Conduct patient rounds and follow consultant instructions
- Handle emergency cases and coordinate referrals when required
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Assist in procedures and clinical activities
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments
Requirements:
- MBBS degree with valid registration
- Previous hospital experience preferred
- Good clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
