Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Professional to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for real estate projects. The role involves brand building, lead generation, campaign management, ATL & BTL execution, channel partner coordination, company events, site branding, and driving sales through integrated marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for residential projects
- Create annual and project-wise marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI
- Position projects effectively in the market based on competition and target audience
- Plan and execute project launch strategies, promotions, and go-to-market plans
Brand & Communication
- Manage brand identity across all online and offline platforms
- Oversee creative development for brochures, hoardings, ads, videos, and sales collaterals
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative partners, media agencies, and vendors
ATL & BTL Marketing
- Plan, execute, and monitor ATL campaigns including print, outdoor, radio, cinema, and media buys
- Drive BTL activities such as site events, roadshows, kiosks, exhibitions, mall activations, and corporate tie-ups
- Evaluate ATL & BTL campaign effectiveness and optimize spends for better ROI
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, installation, and on-ground execution
Digital Marketing
- Plan and monitor digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, portals, SEO, email marketing)
- Track performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates
- Work closely with digital agencies to optimize lead quality and volume
- Align digital campaigns with ATL & BTL initiatives for integrated marketing impact
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Generate and manage qualified leads through multiple marketing channels
- Support sales teams with campaign plans, presentations, walkthroughs, and promotional offers
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers for scheme launches and sales drives
Company Events, Site Branding & Coordination
- Plan and execute company events such as project launches, channel partner meets, customer events, and corporate functions
- Manage end-to-end site branding including signage, hoardings, experience centers, sample flats, and on-site collaterals
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely execution of site branding and events
- Ensure site branding aligns with brand guidelines and enhances customer experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
