Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vision and eyewear needs.
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglass frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses based on prescription, style, and budget.
- Explain lens options, coatings, and product features.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Generate accurate quotations, prepare bills, and process payments.
- Coordinate with the optometrist to ensure correct prescription fulfillment.
- Take frame measurements and ensure proper fitting and adjustments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending orders and repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in optical retail, eyewear sales, or retail sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and customer service skills may also be considered.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of optical products, lenses, and frames (preferred).
- Basic computer and billing/POS system knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in an optical retail store or eyewear showroom.
- Knowledge of lens types, frame materials, and contact lenses.
- Familiarity with optical billing software and inventory management.
Pay: ₹10,785.69 - ₹31,741.00 per month
