Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our company's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and others.
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas.
- Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and followers.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative content.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and content creation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of paid advertising is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
