About the Role
SolvionTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping customers and delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Record and maintain customer interactions in the CRM or support system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are resolved.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Prepare daily support reports and update customer records.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Center is preferred.
