Sales Executive – EdTech
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our EdTech team. The role involves handling student/doctor enquiries, counselling leads over calls and WhatsApp, explaining courses, handling follow-ups, and converting leads into enrollments. This is a performance-based inside sales role with high earning potential through incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle warm leads generated from Meta ads, Google ads, WhatsApp, Telegram, and referrals
- Connect with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp
- Explain courses, certifications, fellowship programs, and fee structure clearly
- Handle objections professionally and guide candidates toward enrollment
- Offer EMI/payment options and close admissions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads
- Update CRM and maintain proper lead records
- Achieve monthly cashflow and conversion targets
- Maintain professional communication with doctors and healthcare professionals
Who Can Apply:
- Candidates with minimum 6 months of sales experience
- Experience in EdTech, Insurance, Healthcare, Immigration, High-Ticket, or Inside Sales preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills required
- Candidates comfortable with calling and target-based sales environment
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability preferred
- Freshers without sales experience should not apply

- Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Full-time role
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
