Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled VMC / CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in Fanuc Control and Mastercam Programming. The candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, setting machining parameters, and supporting production activities to ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam.
- Program and operate VMC/CNC machines with Fanuc Control.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Optimize cycle times and improve machining efficiency.
- Conduct program trials and make necessary adjustments.
- Monitor machining quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain documentation related to programs and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a VMC/CNC Programmer.
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc Control.
- Hands-on experience with Mastercam software (Mandatory).
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and tolerances.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Diploma/ITI/Technical qualification preferred.
