- Inspect incoming raw materials, castings, forgings, and purchased components.
- Perform dimensional inspection as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of valves and valve components.
- Verify material grades, heat numbers, MTCs, and relevant inspection documents.
- Carry out pressure testing, leakage testing, and functional testing of valves.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, FIR, NCR, rejection reports, and quality records.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Vendors for corrective actions.
- Handle vendor inspection and supplier quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for quality problems and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and control rejection, rework, and quality deviations.
- Coordinate with customers for inspection requirements and quality-related concerns.
- Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure proper identification and traceability of materials and components.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
