G&P GPS Specialist Design - Graphic Designer
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the development of pursuit, marketing and other related design assets and collaterals for print and digital media; working closely with the offshore and onshore stakeholders. Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Design on the Government & Public Services Pursuit Center of Excellence team, you will be responsible for:
- Develop concepts and creative solutions for client-facing, marketing, and pursuit-related design projects
- Create customized deliverables that align with stakeholder expectations and Deloitte brand identity guidelines
- Design storyboards, visual themes, illustrations, layouts, brochures, infographics, presentations, and other promotional materials
- Partner with offshore and onshore stakeholders through project scoping, execution, and delivery
- Manage multiple design assignments across timelines while maintaining quality and brand consistency
The team
The Government & Public Services Pursuit Center of Excellence supports strategic pursuit and marketing efforts through high-impact design, storytelling, and visual communication. The team works closely with offshore and onshore stakeholders to develop branded materials that help teams communicate clearly and competitively. This group partners across functions to deliver creative assets for proposals, presentations, and other business development initiatives.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Media, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in creative design or visual communication design within marketing or marketing communications
- Portfolio demonstrating design work across print and digital media
- Experience using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience creating brochures, infographics, presentations, storyboards, and other promotional materials
- Experience working with corporate brand identity standards and brand guidelines
- Experience translating complex information or analytics into visual communications
Preferred:
- Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
- Experience with Adobe Digital Publishing Suite (DPS) or iBook Author
- Experience with responsive web design tools and technologies, including HyperText Markup Language 5 (HTML5), jQuery, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Muse, or Adobe Edge
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or audio editing using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or Adobe Audition
