Job Description:
We are hiring Sales & Marketing Executives to promote IT solutions, software products, and services. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, product presentations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Promote IT products such as HRMS, Payroll, and CRM solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Good communication skills with fluency in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and suggest solution.
