SHIBHAM COMMUNICATION is a mobile repair and retail business serving customers in Kolkata since 2019. We specialize in advanced smartphone repairs and are looking to expand our technical team with experienced professionals who can independently handle complex motherboard-level repairs.
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Level 4 Mobile Repair Technician with strong experience in
chip-level troubleshooting and repair for Android and iPhone devices.
The ideal candidate should be confident working on advanced repair cases and capable of diagnosing faults independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex motherboard faults
- Perform IC replacement, jumper work, tracing, and micro-soldering
- Handle dead phone, charging, network, and water-damaged devices
- Carry out advanced logic board repairs on Android and iPhone models
- Perform BGA rework and related motherboard repair procedures
- Ensure proper testing and quality checks before device delivery
- Maintain an organized and professional repair workspace
Preferred Skills
- Advanced motherboard troubleshooting
- CPU, power IC, charging IC, and network section repair
- BGA reballing experience
- Micro-soldering and pad restoration
- Data recovery and IC programming knowledge
- Experience with iPhone repair procedures, including True Tone restoration
- Familiarity with curved AMOLED and OLED display-related repairs
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on mobile repair experience
- Proven experience in Level 4 chip-level repair
- Ability to work independently and solve technical issues logically
- Experience with both Android and iPhone devices
- Candidates may be asked to demonstrate their technical skills during the selection process

Important Note-

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
