Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize through data analysis and A/B testing.
- Track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports and provide growth recommendations.
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team.
- Handling client requirements.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns with proven ROI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
