We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in the Cement, Steel, Paints, or Building Materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Submit sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Requirement
- 1-5 years of sales experience in Cement, Steel, Paints, or related building materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good market knowledge and customer network.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
